ORVENDI help centre: set up and publish your store

Setting up a first store or stuck on a step? Start with the guide that matches your goal. These public explanations do not require your login credentials or banking information. Available features and prices are those displayed in your account and on the current plans page, so review them before choosing an offer.

Create or recover your account

Use an email address whose inbox you can access, and check spam if a confirmation message is expected. If the address already exists, try signing in or resetting the password instead of registering duplicate accounts. Never share your password, sign-in code or API key with support. Keep control of the email address used to manage your business and account recovery.

Understand a publication requirement

The dashboard brings together your catalogue, settings and the preparation steps needed to publish. Registration alone does not mean a store is public. Check the products, required business information and subscription status. The store must also be active. Setup guidance can explain the process, but it cannot make commercial choices for you or replace a payment provider’s verification.

Ask for help with a specific issue

If you remain blocked, use the contact page with your store name or public address, the step involved and the exact error text. You can provide a screenshot after hiding personal and financial information. Explain whether the problem concerns ORVENDI access, a customer order or verification with a payment provider. This helps route the request without exposing credentials or confidential documents.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I check subscription prices?

Current plans and their conditions appear on the home page and in your subscription workspace. Check the amount, billing period and terms when subscribing rather than relying on an old screenshot or an unofficial description.

Can customers view my store while signed out?

Open its public address in a private browsing window. An unpublished, suspended or no-longer-entitled store may be unavailable. Check its current state in the dashboard or contact support if you need help understanding a requirement.
